Janae Daugherty – Administrator/Owner
Janae has been in the care giving field most of her life, growing up in a home that cared for the disabled and elderly. She became a CNA in 1998 and started her own certified family home. Janae joined the Living Springs family in 2004 as a cook/caregiver. Having a long list of essential skills; organizational, communicative, leadership, mental aptitude for tackling problems, dealing with staff and families; she was promoted to house manager. In 2019 Janae obtained her Administrative license. When the previous owners, who were ready to retire, decided to sell the business, Janae had all she needed to continue to run Living Springs and take on a larger role. With the help of her brother and sister-in-law, Dion and Elizabeth Daugherty, the role became much larger than she ever expected! Janae was able to become an owner and partner in a business that she has put her heart and soul into all these years.
